Thank you so much for the great experience. The staff are amazing! Efficient and courteous and very polite. We purchased 2 yards of mulch and we were in and out in less than 20 mins. They also donated rocks to our rock painting project for our seniors with no hesitation. Good companies like this one need to stay in our community so stop by and see what they have to offer.

The best customer experience I've had in a while! I'm a green landscaper, and everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful - they truly care. They helped calculate the volume of materials I needed for my paver patio based on my measurements and my last-minute landscaping supplies were delivered timely the next day. Thank you!

I am very disappointed in this company for having a website that is misleading. After completing an order worth 205.00 including tax, and clearly stating 0.00 shippingI am now told that there is a shipping and bag charge that is more than the product. I am told by the manager that they are aware of the website shortcomings, but they are a family business trying to make a living. I am a senior that lives 20 blocks from them , and I am trying to save moneyThe website should be shut down till corrections are made.

I purchased some sod from here recently and I had a good experience. The grass seems to be good quality. I’d recommend getting sod from here. It was cheaper than other places

We had a very bad experience with Whitemud Landscaping and I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. We ordered sod and their staff assisted in the calculation once the size of our yard was given. They are the experts and were more than willing to assist in the determination of how much sod was needed. When the delivery driver was dropping off, it was noted that it looked like a lot of sod for the size of space needed. The driver noted that if there was too much, we could return it the next business day, no problem at all. They delivered 4 pallets of sod and the amount that was actually used was 1.75 pallets. This is way off, I can understand having some extra and would rather have a little extra than not enough but more than double what we require is absolutely unreasonable.The sod was delivered Saturday and we called them first thing Monday morning (closed Sun) to ask them to pick up the extra sod. Even though we called more than once on Monday and left messages, no one got back to us until Tuesday at which point they told us that it was over 48 hours since delivery and too late to return the sod.This seems like a total scam to me, they sell you way too much and then are not willing to return. The paperwork on purchase does say they may not be able to return and that customer is responsible for calculation. That being said, they shouldn't assist with the calculation if not willing to stand by their numbers and drivers should not be telling people it can be returned if the company is not willing to stand by that offer.

They were very helpful. It was pretty obvious I didn't know anything about landscaping size etc. Guy who loaded my stepping stones was helpful plus gave me additional info on how to take care of my stones. Will definitely come back

Ordered several yards of mulch online. Great prices, fantastic staff on the phone and super friendly delivery driver.Quality of mulch was wonderful. I'll definitely order from them again!
